Problem?
Zee.Now’s digital experience was limited to its mobile app and a static, non-functional landing page. Customers who preferred shopping on desktop had no way to complete purchases online, and the brand had limited visibility in organic search results. This reduced reach, impacted acquisition, and prevented the website from becoming a true growth channel.

The Project
The goal was to build Zee.Now’s complete web experience, bringing the core app functionality to desktop while expanding its capabilities. The website enables users to browse rich product pages, complete purchases through a fully functional checkout, track orders, and shop directly on the web.
Designed with scalability in mind, the platform also supports future growth through features like SEO-driven content, FAQs, referral programs, and gamification, transforming the website from a simple landing page into a key acquisition and retention channel.

Previous website experience
This image shows the former Zee.Now website, which functioned solely as a static landing page. At the time, users were unable to take any meaningful actions. They couldn’t browse products, access detailed product information, complete purchases, track or manage orders, or reorder past items.
The page served only as a brand presence, with no transactional or functional capabilities. This was the starting point for the project: designing and building a fully functional web experience.
