Stone Co Product Designer
At Stone, I led the end-to-end design strategy and execution of a recurring payments product, driving activation and monetization and reaching R$700K in TPV in its first month, with over R$1M projected for the following month. I designed the Pix Automático experience to simplify complex B2B payment workflows, enabling merchants to receive and schedule automated payments with greater clarity and operational efficiency. My work also included creating a scalable chargeback disputes dashboard that empowered self-service, reduced support tickets, and improved information architecture across the platform. In close partnership with Marketing and CRM, I designed onboarding flows, lifecycle communications, and in-app messaging to increase activation, engagement, and retention. I optimized the Pix key registration flow through iterative, data-informed improvements that reduced friction and increased conversion, and collaborated with data analysts using Amplitude to uncover behavioral insights, identify funnel friction, and translate findings into measurable design outcomes. Additionally, I led the platformization of Pagar.me dashboards, building scalable frameworks and ensuring design system consistency across complex B2B systems.

I designed an AI-powered product catalog tool that automatically generated product details from photos, reducing manual input, accelerating product onboarding, and supporting revenue growth. Zee.Dog Senior Product Designer
At Zee.Dog, I led UX optimization initiatives for the company’s e-commerce platform, improving conversion rates and enhancing the end-to-end customer journey across discovery, checkout, and post-purchase experiences. I maintained and optimized the Zee.Now delivery app across iOS and Android, strengthening native mobile consumer experiences and supporting operational scalability. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, I contributed to product launches, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives that aligned brand strategy with user-centered product experiences. I leveraged Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyze user journeys, funnel performance, and engagement metrics, translating insights into conversion rate optimization initiatives, including the design and optimization of SEO-focused landing pages that improved discoverability and monetization. Through A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and continuous user research, I validated hypotheses and drove data-informed product decisions. I also managed and mentored a team of three junior designers, elevating design craft, feedback culture, and critique standards across the team.

Conceptualized wireframes and storyboards for expansion projects, and designed responsive landing pages for large campaigns. Took part in the leading role of photographic direction, ideation of campaigns and development of pieces for trade marketing. Main tasks: creation of key visuals, motion graphics, and image editing.
